Leader Bonus for Diamond Manager and Above:

  • At least One (1) Manager line with a monthly Sales of 10,000 BV and above; and
  • Total Monthly Sales of other Manager lines must be 5,000 BV and above, which does not include the Personal Sales 200 PBV and Personal Group Sales 600 PGBV.
  • If he/she has One(1) Manager line with a Monthly Sales of 10,000 BV and above but the total sales of the other Manager lines is less than 5,000 BV, then he/she is only entitled to enjoy 50% of the Leadership Bonus. Division of Leadership Bonus is generated by the computer automatically depending on the total sales of other Manager lines.
    The Diagram below illustrates the qualification for the Leadership Bonus of Diamond Manager and above.

Only for Total Sales Volume (GBV) > 500, 000BV

1. Leadership Bonus - 30%
Any SM-RCA with the total sales volume (group sales) of 500,000BV and above have to fulfill the following sales condition. Each leg with a minimum sales of :-

1st leg – 30,000BV (Manager)

2nd leg (Manager*) and 3rd leg (Manager*) – add up total of 60,000BV (minimum 10,000BV per leg) will receive 100% from LB bonus.

2nd leg – 10,000BV (Manager*)
This qualification also applies to Sapphire Manager with one big group under him/her. If he/she cannot produce the 2nd group sales of minimum 10,000BV and 3rd leg cannot produce sales of at least 5,000BV, he/she will not receive any LB bonus.

Group sales below 500,000BV will follow the existing qualification.

*Group sales below 500,000BV will follow the existing qualification. For Ruby Manager, its 1st and 2nd legs have achieved Manager ranking while the 3rd leg is lower than Manager ranking.

2. SRED Bonus, Car Fund & Year End Bonus

    For those having group sales of 500,000BV and above will follow the qualification as per leadership bonus listed above whereas members with group sales of lesser than 500,000BV will follow the existing marketing plan.
3. Crown Manager Bonus - 1%
Qualification for group sales of 500,000BV and above :-

    1st leg – 30,000BV (Manager)
    2nd leg (Manager) and 3rd leg (Manager) – add up total of 60,000BV (min. 10,000BV per leg) with
    PGBV 400BV
    will receive 100% from CM Fund.
    or
    1st leg – 30,000BV (Manager) 2nd leg – 10,000BV (Manager)
    3rd leg – 5,000BV (Manager) and PGBV 400BV
    will only eligible to receive 2/3 from CM Fund.
    Qualification for those having group sales of lesser than 500,000BV :-
    1st leg – 10,000BV (Manager) 2nd leg – 10,000BV (Manager)
    3rd leg – 5,000BV (Manager) with PGBV 400BV
    will receive 100% from CM Fund.
    or
    1st leg – 10,000 (Manager) 2nd leg – 10,000BV (Manager) with PGBV 400BV
    will only receive 2/3 from CM fund.
4. CA Fund

    1st Qualification :-
    Those with group sales of 500,000BV and above.

    1st leg – 30,000BV
    2nd leg (Manager) and 3rd leg (Manager) – add up total of 60,000BV (min. 10,000BV per leg) will receive 100% from CA Fund.
    or
    1st leg – 30,000BV (Manager)
    2nd leg – 10,000BV (Manager)
    3rd leg – 5,000BV (Manager)
    will only eligible to receive 50% from CA Fund.
    2nd Qualification :-
    Group Sales of less than 500,000BV will follow the existing marketing plan.

5. SCA Fund - 1%

    Qualification :-
    1st leg – 30,000BV (4EM)
    2nd leg (4EM) and 3rd leg (4EM) – add up total of 60,000 BV (min. 10,000BV per leg)
    4th leg – 10,000BV (1EM) 5th leg – 5,000BV (1EM)
    or
    1st leg – 30,000BV (4EM)
    2nd leg (3EM) and 3rd leg (3EM) – add up total of 60,000 BV (min. 10,000BV per leg)
    4th leg – 10,000BV (2EM) 5th leg – 5,000BV (2EM)
6. RCA Fund

    Qualification :-
    1st leg – 30,000BV (4EM)
    2nd leg (4EM) and 3rd leg (4EM) – add up total of 60,000 BV (min. 10,000BV per leg)
    4th leg – 10,000BV (1EM)
    5th leg – 10,000BV (1EM)
    6th leg – 10,000BV (1EM)
    7th leg – 10,000BV (1EM)
    8th leg – 5,000BV (1EM)
    will receive 100% from RCA Fund.
